

Tracy Adole is an organisational leader and public speaker. She has spoken in numerous national and international conferences, particularly on the importance of technology in solving developmental and climate change issues.
She is also skilled at stakeholder management with extensive experience working with communities, non-governmental/non-profit organizations, students, researchers and industry expert, building long lasting relationships.
She has led teams of over 50 staff members and 20 international partners cut across different organisations around the world {The Centre for International Earth Science Information Network (CIESIN); Department for International Development (DFID); Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) and United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA)}, to implement technical projects in five countries, attaining 95% implementation rate.
She has also initiated, developed and facilitated several technical projects proposals ranging from £350,000 to $7M. To mention a few are: the $7M Geo-Referenced Infrastructure and Demographic Data for Development (GRID3); £5 million grant from Global Challenges Research Fund (GCRF).
